Installation Instructions

BATHROOM COPPER SINKS  - INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please follow all local building and plumbing codes & regulations.
  • We strongly recommend that all our basins be installed by a professional.
  • Since all of our sinks are hand made (We do not provide templates for this reason); we strongly recommend using the actual sinks to do the cutouts and installation
  • We do not provide brackets or any other supporting hardware kits for your installation
  • Make sure that you leave enough space behind the sink for installing the faucet. Actual trends include installing the faucet on the upper left or upper right side of the basin
  • Use 100% Silicone (non-water based) for all installations.
DROP IN & UNDER MOUNT INSTALLATIONS
    • Use actual sink as your template. Place it upside down on countertop and mark countertop by tracing edge of basin
    • Measure inside edge of rim (1”, 2”, etc.). Mark this measurement inside the original trace done previously and mark countertop appropriately
    • For DROP IN installation cut counter top only half way between the two marked lines. Check for proper fit. Apply silicone around hole in countertop and place the sink in the hole
    • For UNDER MOUNT installation cut the counter top on inside line/marking. Check for proper fit. Apply silicone around hole in countertop and place the sink in the hole
    • Use a level to make sure sink is leveled in all directions. Make corresponding adjustments
    • Mounting kits/bracket may be use for under mount installations
    • Installed drain per drain instructions.
